Represented lenders and borrowers in various commercial loans, many in excess of $1 million dollars.

Prepared formation documents for 30 or more business entities, including corporations, limited partnerships, LLC's, LLP's and general partnerships.

Successfully represented clients on appeal in both state and federal appellate courts and presented oral arguments to the Texas Supreme Court and the Austin 3rd Court of Appeals.
